The transmitter did charge up and hold a charge and seems to work just as it should. This is a very high end and high quality system, and this is used the collar that is all together charged up and the red light blinked showing it as charged, this was turned on and tested with an led light across the 2 prongs and showed shock volts when the button was pushed and this does hold a charge.

There is 1 charger for the transmitter and 2 double charging collar chargers.
